Daily Routine

Push-ups ：２２ times
Walking ：５９ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
Jogging-on-the-spot　：２３ minutes


I have been able to do without smoking for ten years and two
hundred and seventy-eight days in a row.
I managed to increase the number of push-ups yesterday by
only two times to 22 times, and kept at least 10-time push-
ups for the one year and two hundred and sixty-second
successive day.

It is greatly sunny in Nagoya and I feel that the wind is
steadily getting cooler and cooler little by little.
Also, I have noticed that rice plants on my way to the work
place have started turning color from deep green to light green
with the lower part of them turning to yellow.
Now I have decided to begin preparation for a long-distance
walking scheduled for October.
