Push-ups ：２０ times
Walking ：４０＋４０＝８０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
Jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes


I have been able to do without smoking for eleven years
and two hundred and sixty-eight days in a row.
I was able to keep 21-time push-ups for the tenth
successive day and over 9-time push-ups for the two
years and two hundred and fifty-second straight day.

After it rained early this morning, it is now cloudy
and sometimes sunny in Nagoya with current temperature
of 26.3 degrees, which is not hot, but actually it is
still humid.
While I was riding my bike on my way to the workplace,
I have noticed that some rice fields have begun turning
color from green to fairy green.
The season for walking is just around the corner.
