jogging on the spot :8+8+8 minutes
I could keep no-smoking for two years and 304 days in a row.
I resumed three sets of 17-time push-ups yesterday and kept over 13-time push-ups
for the thirty-second straight day.
I also resumed three sets of 8-minute jogging-on-the-spot.
It's quite cloudy in Nagoya now and it looks like it's going to start raining
pretty soon due maily to the affects of the typhoon now coming to Japan's
mainland of Honshu.
Anyway I really hope there will be no negative affects or accidents by it.
