Daily Routine

Push-ups：１７ times
Walking: a total of ２０ minutes
Standing with one leg　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０
jogging on the spot　：０ minutes

Three years and eighty-nine days have passed since I kicked smoking.
I could keep one set of seventeen-time push-ups for eleven days straight and
over one set of fourteen times of them for the sixty-third consecutive day.
It's actually abnormally cold for March like one of the typically winter days.
But sunshine is really spring-like and, unlike winter, I can see many flowers
of Japanese plum here and there.
I'm planning to go somewhere to enjoy them next week.
Anyway I really hope today's coldness will be the last in the winter season.
