Push-ups ：２０ times
Walking ：５０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
Jogging-on-the-spot　：１７ minutes


I have been able to do without smoking for eleven
years and forty-one days in a row.

Although I felt that my body was pretty heavy, I
managed to increase the push-ups by two times to
20 times and I would like to keep this level until
it gets warm.
I was able to keep more than 9-time push-ups for the
two years and twenty-fifth consecutive day.

It is greatly sunny with plenty of sunlight in
Nagoya today again.
This morning was very cold.
When I was leaving home, it was minus 0.1 degrees.
I wore one more item of clothing before I started
riding my bike to my workplace.
Anyway, theoretically, January 22nd will be the
coldest of the year.
