Walking ：a total of ８０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：２０ minutes


It has been eight years and two hundred and ninety-three days in a row
since I gave up smoking.
I was able to increase the number of push-ups by only one time to 20 times
and kept greater than 18-time push-ups for the second consecutive day.

It is sunny and sometimes cloudy in Nagoya, and I feel it is not so hot.
I'm afraid that the typhoon #18 is coming.
If the high-pressure sytem in the Pacific Ocean were more strong enough
to cover to the west of Kyushu region, it would not approach.
Anyway, I have no choice but to pray that there will be no casualties
or damage in Japan and that my shabby house will not be blown off.
