Daily Routine

Push-ups ：１０ times
Walking ：０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
Jogging-on-the-spot　：１８ minutes


It has been eleven years and one hundred and sixty-four
days in a row since I overcame a bad habit of smoking.
Since I did not get motivated yesterday, I decreased the
number of push-ups by as many as 16 times to 10 times.
I was able to keep over 9-time push-ups for the two years
and one hundred and forty-eighth straight day.

Completely unlike yesterday, it is greatly and beautifully
sunny in Nagoya with plenty of sunlight.
There were no clouds in the blue skies while I was riding
my bike on my way to the workplace in the morning.
Today, I saw several evil drivers on the way to work,
which always makes me feel excruciatingly uncomfortable.
I can not wait for the day to come when automated driving
is in its prime.
