Push-ups：１６ times
Walking：a total of １５０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０
jogging on the spot　：０ minutes

I was able to keep no-smoking for four years and 114 days in a row.
I also was able to keep over 10-time push-ups for the 21st concecutive day
including the latest five days of 16 times.
I went to the Yamazaki river to enjoy cherry blossoms though it's quite
cloudy and sometimes rainy.
Naturally, the best weather for cherry-blossom viewing is greatly sunny
with completely blue sky.
Even so, they were so beautiful under bad weather conditions.
I also really enjoyed the night viewing of illuminated cherry blossoms.
They were greatly beautiful.
I happened to be able to see the petals of cherry blossoms were dancing
in the air with the wind.
Again, the scene was actually incredibly beautiful.
Incidentally, I noticed there were much more foregin tourists there than usual.
