Daily Routine

Push-ups ：１７ times
Walking ：０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：１０ minutes

I have been able to do without smoking for eight years and fifty-one days in a row.
I was able to increase the number of push-ups by two times to 17 times
and keep over 9-time push-ups for the third successive day.

It is sunny in Nagoya but I feel it is very cold especially early morning.
I'm afraid that, according to weather reports last night, it will snowy
or rainy on Thursday and Sunday.
I well know I have to experience intense cold to see cherry blossoms in spring
and that winter never fails to become spring.....
but even so, I really hope this year's winter continues to be milder than usual.
Anyway, I have to come through the predicted cold.
