Walking : 36 minutes
Standing on one foot :10 minutes each
Cigarettes :0
jogging-on-the-spot :8 minutes
Eight years and one hundred and sixty-two days in a row have passed
since I broke my bad habit of smoking.
I was able to resume push-ups from 15 times yesterday and I hope to
increase the number little by little.
To my relief, I was also able to resume jogging-on-the-spot from 8
minutes after the pain in my right knee and low back.
To my surprise, it was very very windy in the morning in Nagoya while
I was riding my bike on my way to the workplace.
The wind was so strong that I felt as if a typhoon were coming.
Well, I am sure I may do something interesting to celebrate a success
in the 4-hour walking on May 9th......what shall I do?
