Walking ：３０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１２ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes

I have been able to do without smoking for six years and two hundred and thirty-three days in a row.
I was able to keep over 15-time push-ups for the one hundred and eightieth consecutive day
including the most recent three days of 26 times of them.

It's quite cloudy in Nagoya now and it was raining sometimes heavily in the morning.
It looks it's going to start raining again soon.
I'm wondering if the shrilling of cicadas is likely to get stronger after rain.
Anyway, I'm really fed up with the abnormally high humidity in Nagoya.
I have no choice but to endure.
