Walking ：a total of ３０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes


It has been eight years and two hundred and seventy days in a row
since I broke free from smoking.
I was able to keep greater than 18-time push-ups for the nineteenth
consecutive day including the latest three days of 23-time push-ups.

After a very heavy thundering rain yesterday, it is now cloudy in Nagoya.
I feel it is not too hot but it is very humid maybe because of the
south wind caused by the typoon #13.
Recently, I've recognized that the spirit of "Laugh if you must" is
very important in order to live a peaceful life.
Because the spirit enables you to dominate any difficulty.
