Thirteen years and thirty-one days in a row have
passed since I gave up smoking.
I was able to keep 21-time push-ups for the twenty-
first successive day and greater than 9-time push-
ups for the one hundred and thirty-fifth straight day.

Nagoya saw the coldest morning in this winter season
with the lowest temperature of 0.3 degrees.
However, it is beautifully sunny with almost no
clouds except a few white clouds which look like lint
or fluff in the blue sky.
This coldness must be normal for a typical winter day,
but actually, I feel it unbearable after it had been
much milder than usual.
