Push-ups ：２０ times
Walking ：６０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：１２ minutes

I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for eight years
and sixty-three days in a row.
I was able to keep more than 9-time push-ups for the fifteenth consecutive
day including the most recent nine days of 20-time push-ups.

Today again, it was very very cold in Nagoya in the morning and now
I feel it's the coldet day during this winter season.
Even so, I'm sure this year's winter is milder than usual.
I well remember that, this time last year, cold days with the lowest
temperatures of about minus 3 degrees continued for several days.
Thinking about this, this year's winter cold in Nagoya must be nothing.
