Push-ups：２２ times
Walking：４０＋４０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０
jogging on the spot　：０ minutes

I was able to keep no-smoking for four years and 338 days in a row.
I also was able to keep more than 19-time push-ups for the seventeenth
consecutive day including the most recent seven days of 22 times.

It's beautifully sunny in Nagoya again and I could clearly see the mountains
in the distance, which made me feel like climbing Mt. Tado again.
But, perhaps, I will not, for fear of the wild monkeys that some people
sometimes feed there.
If the monkeys were compltely wild and fleed from humnas when they come
across us, then I should have climbed Mt. Tado many times before now
and would climb it from now.
