Walking：０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０
jogging on the spot　：０ minutes

Five years and senventy-five days in a row have passed since I shook off a bad habit of smoking.
I tried increasing the number of push-ups by only one time to 12 times, and
kept more than 9-time push-ups for the fourth straight day.

It's cloudy in Nagoya today and it's shady with the forecast highest temperature
of 10 degrees, much lower than I expected.
Weather officials say the weather is going to take a turn for the worse.
I hope it will not be rainy tomorrow because I want to save on transportation costs
as much as possible.
Anyway, I'm planning to go to Nagoya Agricultural Center in the very near future
to enjoy peach blossoms, which are the most famous in central Japan.
