Push-ups：１７ times
Walking: a total of １２０ minutes
Standing with one leg　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０
jogging on the spot　：０ minutes

Three years and ninety-six days in a row have passed since I stopped smoking.
I could keep one set of seventeen push-ups for eighteen days straight and
over one set of fourteen push-ups for the seventieth consecutive day.
I didn't have enough time to be here for the last two days because I went
and enjoyed Japanese plum blossoms at two sites.
One is Bairin Park in Gifu City and the other is Nagoya Agricultural Center
near Hirabari in Nagoya City.
Especially it's a little hard raining in Nagoya, so there were very few
visitors in Nagoya Agricultural Center.
All the more reason that I really could occupy the park and really enjoyed
the flowers and a small bamboo grove....That's wonderful.
The rainy flower park has a flavor....I love it.....maybe you will, too.
