I did 30-time push-ups yesterday, down three times from the previous record, but I kept
over-25-time push-ups for the sixth straight day.
I also kept no-smoking for two years and 43 days in a row.
It's sunny but pretty windy toay.
Today is Daikan, so technically, the coldest period of the year has begun and will continue
for two weeks until Rishun.
If I overcome this coldest weather, spring will be surely and steadily coming.
Well, I know that the best way to do so is to think about spring's cherry blossoms.
