Push-ups ：２０ times
Walking ：０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１１ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes

Seven years and eighteen days in a row have passed since I shook off a bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep at least 16-time push-ups for the three hundred and thirtieth
straight day including the most recent four days of 20 times of them.

It was actually snowing in the morning just when I was going to leave my house
to the workplace, but I decided to wait for several minutes simply because
I really hate to wear a pair of raincoats.
Very very luckily, it had stopped snowing just before I actually started
my house by bike and I even could enjoy sunlight.
And now, it's very cloudy and sometimes rainy in Nagoya.
It's very cold, and maybe today is the coldest day so far this winter.
First of all, I have to survive today.
