Daily Routine

Push-ups ：１９ times
Walking ： ３３ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：１３ minutes

I was able to keep no-smoking for eight years and one hundred and four days in a row.
I increased the number of push-ups by just one time to 19 times
and keep greater than 17-time push-ups for the second consecutive day.

It's sunny in Nagoya but actually I feel it is very cold.
I've heard that weather officials made the declaration of the opening
of cherry blossoms in Nagoya yesterday, but actually the cherry trees
on my way to the workplace did not have any blossoms this morning.
So, honestly, I'm wondering if it's true that this year's season for
cherry blossoms really has come.
Anyway, I have to go enjoy them next week.
