I resumed standing-with-one-leg and push-ups from 30 times, after a one-day break.
I could keep no-smoking for one year and 241 days in a row.
Actually there was a very little precipitation near Iwatuska Station yesterday and honestly
I wanted some more.
But it must have been lucky because some parts of Nagoya had too much rain.
Anyway again, weather forecasts say there will be no precipitaion for the next seven days.
...Oh, my. I'll still have to becareful about dehydration and heat stroke.
