Push-ups ：２３ times
Walking ：０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：９ minutes

It has been seven years and seventy-five days in a row since I kicked smoking.
I was able to keep 23-time push-ups for the sixteenth consecutive day and
greater than 15-time push-ups for the one year and twenty-second straight day.

Indeed, the wintry cold is getting milder and milder just little by little.
Especially because I commute to work by bike, I'm really sensitive to change of temperatures.
Today, on my way to the workplace by bike, I surely felt spring is coming nearer and nearer.
I'm looking forward to enjoying flowers of Japanese apricot trees here and there.
Actually, I've noticed some trees have started blooming them.
