Daily Routine

Push-ups ：１９ times
Walking ：５０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
Jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes


It has been ten years and one hundred and nine days in a row
since I broke free from cigarettes.
I was able to keep more than 9-time push-ups for the one year
and ninety-third straight day incuding the most recent three
days of 19-time push-ups.

I must have been lucky because it was not raining while I was
riding my bike on my way to the workplace.
Now it is raining and it began raining only eight minutes after
I got to the workplace.
I am very afraid that this rainfall will make cherry blossoms
fall, which are just in full bloom this morning.
I know well that this is also a part of order of nature.
