Daily Routine

Push-ups ：２３ times
Walking ：４０＋４０＝１ hour ２０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes

It has been seven years and three days in a row since I kicked smoking.
I was able to keep 23-time push-ups for the tenth straight day and more than
15-time push-ups for the three hundred and fifteeth consecutive day.

Actually, it's very very cold in Nagoya with the predicted highest temperature
of 6 degrees and because it's now quite cloudy, I cannot have warm sunlight.
Weather ladies say it will be snowy late at night or maybe early tomorrow morning.
I'm really afraid the sore throat might worsen though the pain is now getting
pretty mild or almost painless.
Anyway, let's survive this wintry cold with snowfall.
