Daily Routine

Push-ups ：２８ times
Walking ：a total of ３０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes

It has been six years and three hundred and forty-six days in a row since I broke free from smoking.
I was able to keep 28-time push-ups for the seventieth consecutive day and
over 15-time push-ups for the two hundred and ninety-third successive day.

It's been very very cold in Nagoya with the lowest temperature of below 5
degrees and the highest temperature of around 10 degrees, which is just
like mid or late December.
This year's Novemver might be the coldest in my experience in the last ten years.
....Well, it might be a little too overstated.＾＾；
Anyway, the indisputable fact is that I have to take utmost precaution
against catching a cold....and maybe you too.
