Standing on one foot　：０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０
jogging on the spot　：０ minutes

I was able to keep no-smoking for five years and 120 days in a row.
I also was able to keep 16-time push-ups for the third consecutive day
and more than 13-time push-ups for the fifth successive day.

It's been raining in Nagoya since early this morning and actually
it's a cold rain despite spring and I felt rather cold while riding
a bike on my way to the workplace.
Anyway, we are at the end of the cherry blossom season ALREADY,
which means that this cold rain with a little strong winds will
surely make them fall rapidly.
Well, I should look forward to the next year's best season.
