Walking ：０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
Jogging-on-the-spot　：１８ minutes


I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking
for eleven years and fifty-two days in a row.
I was able to keep greater 9-time push-ups for the
two years and thirty-sixth straight day including
the most recent twelve days of 20-time push-ups.

It has been cloudy in Nagoya since early this morning.
And completely unlike yesterday I feel that it is
so cold that this winter season's cold seems to be
getting severer and severer.
Such cold weather always makes my mood plummet and
prevents me from keeping my motivation.
