Walking ： a total of １１０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：２５ minutes


Eight years and one hundred and thirty-six days in a row have passed
since I stopped smoking.
I was able to keep over 20-time push-ups for the thirtieth successive
day including the most recent seven days of 25-time push-ups.

It has been raining in Nagoya since early this morning and I had to
wear a pair of raincoats.
However, weather ladies say the weather will take a turn for the better
after it continues to rain until early tomorrow morning.
I was afraid that I might not be able to do a planned walking, but
actually it seems that I may have hope of doing that.
