Walking：０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０
jogging on the spot　：０ minutes

I was able to keep no-smoking for five years and fifteen days in a row.
I didn't do push-ups yesterday due mainly to the low back pain and now I think
I need to take a break from time to time.

Very happily, the weather forecasts have proved right, which means the temperatures
are now around 14 degrees with the predicted highest temperature of 17 degrees.
I know this is only one-day break of winter cold but I feel a little happy.
I have to enjoy this warmth in order to survive this month-end chill which is
said by weahter officials to be the coldest in December.
