Daily Routine

Push-ups:３０
Walking: ５０ minutes
Standing with one leg　：９ minutes each
Cigarettes：０

I managed to resume push-ups yesterday from 30 times, up four times from the previous
record and hope to continue them as long as possible.
I also kept no-smoking for two years and 31 days in a row.
It's greatly sunny again and the temperature is about 7 degrees now.
Actually I feel a little relieved while riding a bike on my way to the work place when the
temperature goes up over 6 degrees.
However the coldest period of the year is steadily coming near.
I'm wondering with fear if I can stand cold because I've already fed up with wintry cold.
