It has been ten years and one hundred and thirty-three days
in a row since I broke free from smoking.
I was able to keep 22-time push-ups for the fourth successive
day and at least 10-time push-ups for the one year and one
hundred and seventeenth straight day.

It is greatly and beautifully sunny in Nagoya today again.
The current temperature has topped 23 degrees, up as high
as 5 degrees from this time yesterday.
Weather forcasts say that the highest temperature in Nagoya
will be 27 degrees despite today still being in April.
Anyway, plenty of sunlight always makes me feel happy.
