Daily Routine

Push-ups：１５ times
Walking：０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０
jogging on the spot　：０ minutes

It has been one hundred and one days in a row since I gave up smoking.
I was able to keep 15-time push-ups for the ninth successive day and
more than 12-time push-ups for the twelfth straight day.

It's sunny and sometimes cloudy in Nagoya today after a long rain.
But the rain was not so cold.
If anything, I thik it was warm enough for me to wear a pair of raincoats
on my way home from the workplace.
And today, it's actually warm and it's exactly spring-like.
Cherry blossoms may start opening tomorrow just as weahter ladies said
though I doubt so.....Anyway I have only to wait and see.
