Daily Routine

Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes


Eight years and two hundred and sixty-eight days in a row have passed
since I overcame a bad habit of smoking.
I tried increasing the number of push-ups by only one time to 23 times
and kept at least 19-time push-ups for the seventeenth straight day.

It is cloudy in Nagoya today and I felt it was very humid while riding
my bike on my way to the workplace.
I'm wondering if this high humidity is coming from influence of the typhoon #13.
This morning again, I didn't see a black bike on the parking space, which
has really made me feel peaceful.
I'm convinced that what a person of intelligence says is absolutely right.
Which is, the root cause of war is "monopolization".
