Push-ups ：２４ times
Walking　：４０＋４０＝１ hour ２０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
Jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes


I have been able to keep smoke-free for twelve years and
one hundred and sixty-seven days in a row.
I was able to keep 24-time push-ups for the fifth successive
day and greater than 9-time push-ups for the three years
and one hundred and fifty-first straight day.

It is overcast in Nagoya and it looks like it is going
to start raining pretty soon.
It is no wonder because, according to the weather radar
on the Internet, some rain clouds are steadily approaching
the airspace above Nagoya.
Well, I guess it is not bad that I don't have to worry about
heat attack.
