Five years and 127 days in a row have passed since I kicked smoking.
I was able to keep 17-time push-ups for the fifth straight day and
over 13-time push-ups for the twelfth consecutive day.

After a heavy rain last night, it's sunny now in Nagoya with
early-summer-like temperatures.
With a little breeze, it's crisp.
I've stopped wearing winter tights, winter jacket and winter socks.
Cherry blossoms are completely gone and new green leaves are emerging.
The best season for a walking is just around the corner, so
I have to make plans for walking as soon as possible since the
best period passes so quickly.
