It has been seven years and two hundred and eighty-one days in a row since I kicked smoking.
I was able to keep at least 15-time push-ups for the seventh straight day
including the latest five days of 20-time push-ups.
Very happily, it's greatly sunny for the first time in a long time.
I enjoyed a lot of sunshine while riding my bike on my way to the workplace.
I felt just a little hot, but now I don't have to use an electric fan indoors.
The predicted highest temperature is 30 degrees in Nagoya, but I think
it will continue for a very short time.
The only bad thing is a little higher humidity.
Anyway, autumnal crisp weather is just around the corner.
