Walking ：５０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes

It has been seven years and two hundred and sixty-three days in a row since
I broke my bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep at least 13-time push-ups for the seventy-sixth successive
day including the latest two days of 19-time push-ups.

Again Nagoya is now under the highest temperatuer of over 35 degrees today.
According to news reports, Nagoya has renewed the record of the number of
Mousho-bi ----- the highest temperature is more than 35 degrees ----- in a
single summer season, which means this year's summer in Nagoya has been
the hottest in the city's histroy.....OMG!
Anyway, September is just around the corner, so I think I may start
looking forward to normally autumnal weather in the near future.
