Daily Routine

Push-ups ：２３ times
Walking ：５０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：８ minutes

I was able to keep no-smoking for seven years and seventy days in a row.
I was also able to keep 23-time push-ups for the eleventh successive day and
greater than 15-time push-ups for the one year and seventeenth straight day.

It's sunny in Nagoya but actually, it's very windy.
While riding my bike on my way to the workplace in the morning, it was easy
because of the strong tail wind.
On the other hand, to the extent of the strength of the tail wind,
I'm very afraid of a headwind on my way back.
