I have been able to keep smoke-free for nine years and three
hundred and fifty days in a row.
I was able to keep 23-time push-ups for the sixth straight day
and more than 9-time push-ups for the three hundred and thirty-
fourth consecutive day.

It was pretty cloudy in Nagoya while I was riding my bike on
my way to the workplace in the mornng, but now, it is sunny.
I felt that this morning was very warmer than usual, and no
wonder, the lowest temperature was as high as 14.2 degrees.
Weather reports say that such a warm morning will be the last.
They also say that lowest temperatures will continue to be
below 10 degrees from tomorrow....I have to get mentally
prepared for the beginning of this year's winter cold.
