Daily Routine

Push-ups ：２１ times
Walking ：３０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：１０ minutes

I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for seven years and two
hundred and ninety-one days in a row.
I was able to keep 21-time push-ups for the ninth straight day and at least
15-time push-ups for the seventeenth consecutive day.

It was sunny in Nagoya in the morning, but now, it's quite cloudy.
It looks like it's going to start raining pretty soon just as weather ladies said last night.
They also said the typhoon #24 might turn for direction toward the Japanese archipelago.
It depends on the high-pressure system in the Pacific Ocean and westerlies.
I really hope it will not come.
Anyway, I can do nothing about that.....I have no choice but to pray.
