I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking
for twelve years and three hundred and twenty-one day
in a row.
I summoned up the courage to increase the number of
push-ups by one time to 27 times, and kept over 9-
time push-ups for the sixtieth straight day.

It is normally sunny in Nagoya and there are some
clouds in the sky, but I feel just a little cold.
The current temperature is around 16 degrees, and I
need to wear one more item of clothing now.
Actually, I do not feel well and I really have to
be careful not to catch a cold because influenza is
spreading across the nation now.
