Walking ：a total of ６０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１１ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes

It has been seven years and three hundred and forty-two days in a row
since I quit smoking.
I was able to keep at least 15-time push-ups for the twenty-eighth
consecutive day including the latest five days of 21 times of them.

It's cloudy and a little dark in Nagoya.
The lowest temperature this morning was 7.8 degrees which was the
coldest morning in this year's early winter season.
I bought some New Year's greeting cards and a tool yesterday with which
I can spread some topical cream on my broad of the back by myself.
I tried using the tool and I found it does work.
It's great and I'm sure it's a good buy.
