Daily Routine

Push-ups ：２７ times
Walking ：５７ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes

I was able to keep no-smoking for six years and two hundred and fifty-seven days in a row.
I was also able to keep at least 16-time push-ups for the two hundred and fourth
straight day including the most recent eight days of 27 times of them.

It's quite cloudy in Nagoya now and I think rain clouds are steadily approaching
and it looks like it's going to start raining soon.
According to weather forecasts, tomorrow might be the hottest day in this summer.
Weather ladies say the highest temperature will be 35 degrees or more.
I really hope such a scorching day will be the last in this year.
Anyway, let's survive since fall is just around the corner.
