Daily Routine

Push-ups：１０ times
Walking：０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０
jogging on the spot　：０ minutes

It has been five years and severnty-two days in a row since I overcame a bad habit of smoking.
I was able to resume push-ups yesterday from 10 times and hope to
keep doing them as long as possible.

I feel it's actually warm and apparently different from winter weather.
I'm not sure about the reason, but maybe the height of the sun and
the angle of sunshine might make me feel it springlike.
Anyway, the best season of peach blossoms is just around the cornter,
and the long-awaited season of cherry blossoms will be in only five weeks.
I can hardly wait.
