Push-ups ：２３ times
Walking ：０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：８ minutes

I have been able to do without smoking for seven years and seventy-one days in a row.
I was able to keep more than 15-time push-ups for the one year and eighteenth
successive day including the latest twelve days of 23 times of them.

This morning again, Nagoya saw about minus one degree as the lowest temperature.
I wonder this winter would be the coldest in many decades.
Today again, Nagoya's highest temperature is predicted to be only 7 degrees,
which I think is kind of abnormally cold for mid-or-late Feb days.
Anyway, I have to mentally support myself not to get too disappointed
because my heart is now being broken off by such a cold day.
