Daily Routine

Push-ups ：２３ times
Walking ：０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
Jogging-on-the-spot　：２１ minutes


I have been able to do without smoking for ten years and
ninety-four days in a row.
I was able to keep 23-time push-ups for the third straight
day and at least 10-time push-ups for the one year and
seventy-eighth consecutive day.

I was very lucky because I didn't have to wear a pair of
raincoats while I was riding my bike on my way to the
workplace in the morning, which means it was just cloudy
with almost no rain.
Since I got here to my workplace, it has been raining.
However, very very sadly, I got a crick in my back in the
morning when I bended just a little forward to try to get
a TV remote control.....SHIT!!!
