Daily Routine

Push-ups：１８ times
Walking：a total of １０５ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０
jogging on the spot　：０ minutes

I was able to keep no-smoking for five years and 138 days in a row.
I also was able to keep more than 13-time push-ups for the 23rd straight day
including the latest seven days of 18-time push-ups.

It's beautifully sunny in Nagoya today and it's crisp with a brisk breeze.
I hope such nice days will continue for ever....I know it's impossible and if so,
farmers would get in trouble due to a lack of rain.
Recently, I've noticed that I should have fought against abuse as a child.
So, teachers should have taught that I had the right to be protected by a third party.
Being untaught means dark.
