Daily Routine

Push-ups ：２４ times
Walking ：４０＋４０＝１ hour ２０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１１ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes

It has been six years and one hundred and twenty-nine days in a row since I got rid of my smoking habit.
I was able to keep at least 18-time push-ups for the seventy-sixth straight day
including the most recent four days of 24 times of them.

I was just now thinking it looked like it's going to start raining, and now
it's started raining for real.
I think it's a pretty heavy rain since the sound of the falling rain is not small.
It's pretty dark in Nagoya, too.
Anyway, I have to go pretty soon.
