I have been able to be a non-smoker for nine years and three hundred
and thirty-two days in a row.
I dereased the number of push-ups yesterday by two times from the
previous day to 21 times, and kept greater than 9-time push-ups for
the three hundred and sixteenth straight day.

It is greatly sunny in Nagoya but actually this morning was the
coldest morning in this early winter season with the lowest
temperature of 6.2 degrees.
I know that our fingers start getting numb at 7 degrees.
Judging from this, this morning was surely cold and I will have to
be very careful not to catch a cold.
