Daily Routine

Push-ups ：２３ times
Walking ：a total of ８５ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes

It has been seven years and two hundred and forty-six days in a row since I gave up smoking.
I managed to increase the number of push-ups for the first time in two weeks
by just one time to 23 times, and kept greater than 12-time push-ups for the
fifty-ninth straight day.

It was raining hard at a time when I was about to leave home by bike.
I waited for the rain to stop for some time after I recognized on TV that
the rain clouds was just passing over my hometown.
Just as I thought, after ten minutes or so, it stopped.
Now, it's sunny in Nagoya, but actually, I feel it is much milder than the
past few weeks maybe because a small amount of rain in the morning acted as Uchimizu.
Anyway, this year's autumnal weather must be drawing nearer, so let's survive.
